Deposits are credited after review. Withdrawals are sent to whitelisted addresses only and may be subject to verification, limits, and fees disclosed in the app. Held funds during a pending withdrawal are debited from your available balance.

Investment plans lock principal for a stated period. Advertised targets are not guarantees. Profit is distributed solely from the desk's posted daily results and may be zero on any given day.

You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, sanctioned activity, or any unlawful purpose. We cooperate with lawful requests and enforce anti-money-laundering controls.

The platform is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, market events, or indirect or consequential damages.
